SPOKANE, Wash. — A person was hit by a car and killed in downtown Spokane Friday morning.
According to Spokane Police, the person was on S. Wall Street and 3rd Avenue around 11 a.m.
The individual was hit by a vehicle that drove off and died at the scene.
