SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — A vehicle traveling northbound on Highway 27 crossed the center line causing a head-on crash with two southbound vehicles.
According to the Washington State Patrol (WSP), 29-year-old Paulion Albious, is facing charges with vehicular assault.
WSP reports everyone wore a seatbelt.
The condition of those involved in the accident is unknown.

First responders are on the scene of a multi-car crash on Highway 27 just south of Spokane Valley.
According to Washington State Patrol, all lanes of Highway 27 have been cleared and the road is open again.

According to Spokane County Fire District 8, the crash is blocking traffic in both directions near Dishman Mica Road.
SCFD8 reports four people were injured during the crash, and three are in critical condition.
All were transported to a local hospital.
