SPOKANE, Wash. — Before heading out to enjoy Spokane’s St. Patrick’s Day parade this Saturday, be aware of your parking options downtown.
According to the city, the Washington street lot will be inaccessible on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. due to the parade.
