SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — Firefighters are responding to a brush fire with multiple starts near the intersection of Cheney Spokane Road and South Marshall Road.
Spokane County Fire District #3 said all fires appear to be isolated between Marshall Road and Fish Lake trails near Spokane Cheney Memorial Gardens.
The Spokane Fire Department says the fires are suspicious, but the cause is under investigation.
The size of the incident is estimated as 2 acres.
The public should avoid this area of the Fish Lake Trail.
According to Spokane County Fire District #3, the Spokane Fire Department and Department of Natural Resources are responding.
