SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. — Washington State Patrol is investigating possible charges against a driver for a crash Thursday morning.
According to WSP, a 22-year-old Spokane man was driving east on Trent Avenue near Pines Road around 3 a.m. with three passengers.
WSP says the driver was suspected of speeding and being under the influence. The man lost control and went up an embankment.
An 18-year-old woman was not wearing a seatbelt and taken to an area hospital. A 20-year-old man was also taken to the hospital. WSP did not say the extent of their injuries. The driver and a 16-year-old girl were not injured.
