GRANT COUNTY, Wash. — A Grant County woman died in a crash on State Route 281, three miles south of Quincy on Saturday morning.
According to Washington State Patrol, a Quincy man was driving south on State Route 281 around 6:45 a.m.
46-year-old Eva Santiago Santos of George was stopped in the southbound lane, trying to turn onto eastbound Road 6 NW.
The first car crashed into the back of Santos’ car, pushing it into the northbound lane.
A third vehicle then struck Santos’ car.
Santos died at the scene.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
