RITZVILLE, Wash. — One person died Friday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 395 south of Ritzville in Adams County, according to Washington State Patrol.
The crash occurred at 3:36 p.m., approximately five miles south of Ritzville. The right lane remains blocked, but traffic continues to move through the left lane and inside shoulder.
Washington State Patrol troopers and Adams County Fire personnel are at the scene. A collision reconstruction specialist is responding to assist with the investigation.
Authorities have not released the identity of the person who died or details about what caused the collision.
No timeline has been provided for when the roadway will fully reopen.
