SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash. — Evacuations have been downgraded for the over 200-acre Upriver Fire in Spokane County.
According to Spokane County Fire District 9, Level 1 (Get Ready) evacuations are still in place for people living between Gunning Drive, Upriver Drive, Northwood and East Thierman.
People living in that area should be prepared to leave, as conditions could get worse.
