DOUGLAS COUNTY, Wash. — The U.S. Marshals Service arrested three people in connection with the Chelan Hills Fire, according the U.S. Marshal Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force Eastern District of Washington.
On Sept. 17, marshals arrested 19-year-old Mark R. Okhrimchik. He was transported to the Tacoma Federal Courthouse, where Douglas County detectives took custody of him.
Okhrimchik was arrested on charges of first-degree manslaughter, first-degree arson, first-degree malicious mischief and six counts of third-degree assault.
He was booked into the Chelan County Regional Justice Center on those charges.
18-year-old Valentin Tabun of Tacoma and 19-year-old Julian Mikityuk of Pacific, Washington were also arrested today.
