SPOKANE, Wash. — The woman who died in a hit-and-run crash in Spokane on Monday evening was an employee at Feast World Kitchen and a mother to six children.
The business posted on social media Wednesday morning, saying “it is with a heavy heard that I share the heartbreaking news that our dear Smaah passed away in a tragic hit-and-run accident.”
“Please keep Smaah, her children, and all of us who loved her in your thoughts and prayers,” the post read.
The business also set up a donation link to help with funeral expenses and to support Smaah’s six children. You can make a donation by clicking here.
The Spokane Police Department is still looking for the driver responsible for this fatal crash. The vehicle, a black Ford Flex, likely has notable damage to the front passenger side quarter panel.
If you have any information about this vehicle, call Detective Baldwin at 509-625-4054 and reference incident #2026-20207984.
