KOOTENAI COUNTY, Idaho — Bob Norris is on track to be reelected to Kootenai County Sheriff in the 2024 General Election.
As of 10:24 p.m. on election night, Norris is in the lead with 69.3% of the vote.
Trailing behind are candidates Dan Wilson (20.8%), Justin Nagel (5%) and Kyle Woodward (4.8%).
Norris has held the position since 2020 and before that, worked for the LA County Sheriff’s Office.
He said if reelected, his priority would be to tackle the fentanyl crisis.
